FitMotionLab facility
Who We Are

About Us

A performance center built by clinicians, coaches, and players who got tired of guessing.

The Name

What FitMotionLab Means

Three ideas, one room — designed for athletes who want to train like the people they look up to.

Fit

Build the body that holds up under pressure — strength, mobility, durability.

Motion

Move better. Better mechanics in your swing, your stride, and how you train.

Lab

Measure everything. Force plates, simulators, video — we coach to data, not guesses.

The Team

Built By Specialists

Each FitMotionLab team member specializes in one slice of performance. Together they cover the whole athlete.

Josh Loyo — Founder / CEO

Josh Loyo

Founder / CEO

PTA, TPI F2 M2, FRC-ms

Sports performance has been a defining part of Josh's life — first as an athlete, then as a clinician. After years working alongside golfers, tennis players, and weekend warriors, he founded FitMotionLab to bring the same data-driven training methods used by pros to anyone serious about their game. Josh holds certifications in TPI Fitness Level 2 / Medical Level 2 and Functional Range Conditioning, and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.

Devin Kim — Co-Founder / Physical Therapist

Devin Kim

Co-Founder / Physical Therapist

DPT, TPI, FRC-ms

Performance, health, and prevention are the cornerstones of Devin's approach. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with TPI and FRC certifications, he bridges the gap between rehab and high performance — getting athletes out of pain and back to the field stronger than they started. His care plans are built on movement assessment, manual therapy, and progressive loading principles.

Joseph Ovalle — Director of Golf Instruction

Joseph Ovalle

Director of Golf Instruction

25+ years competitive & coaching

With over 25 years immersed in the game of golf — as a competitor, teacher, and student of the swing — Joe leads instruction at FitMotionLab. He blends classical swing fundamentals with modern data tools (Uneekor, PuttView, force plates) to help players of every level build a swing that holds up under pressure and a short game that wins rounds.

Our mission is simple — give serious athletes the tools, the data, and the people they need to get measurably better.
