How does the questionnaire work?

Learn how our personalized workout recommendations are generated based on your fitness level, body area goals, and available equipment. Simply answer the questionnaire after launch to generate your curated program circuit. If you want to generate a new circuit simply navigate to your account and resubmit the questionnaire.

Do I need to create an account to use the app?

Yes, you need to sign up for an account and confirm your subscription to use the application.

Can I curate my own workout plan?

Yes, you can by completing the questionnaire anytime you wish.

What if I want to explore all available workout videos?

Simply navigate to the Full Video Library tab and you'll have 100’s of workout videos available to you. Want to find something more specific? Filter the entire library by skillset, focus area and equipment.

Is the app suitable for beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts?

The app works for all fitness levels, from the most skilled athletes playing on the biggest stage, to the weekend warrior looking to get better on the course with their friends.

What type of equipment do I need for the workouts?

You can find videos that cater to folks with battle ropes, kettle bells, cables and more.

Is my personal information secure with the app?

Read about our commitment to user data privacy and the security measures in place to protect your information. We do not sell any information provided to us during sign up.
